A Police chase in Auckland resulted in death today as a 4WD crashed into a powerpole.
No other people were injured - a brilliant outcome for the taxpayer.
In an unrelated incident tax payers will have to fork out for a trial of this idiot, who only managed to kill his 16 year old passenger. Unfortunately he also injured two adults and a baby driving in another car. Perhaps we need more lampposts in Christchurch???
